Our brain is made up of billions of neurons which send electrical to communicate with each other. The combination of parts of neurons sending signals at once produces an enormous amount of brain waves. It is found that different brain wave frequencies correspond to different tasks ranging from less active sleep to more active awake phases. Gamma waves are the fastest of the brain wave frequencies and signify the highest state of focus possible. They are associated with peak concentration and the brain’s optimal frequency for cognitive functioning. We will focus on the discussion of model choices and the network properties in producing
gamma frequency.
