The gluing formula of the refined analytic torsion for an acyclic Hermitian connection
黃榮宗 博士中研院 下午 3:00–3:50 鴻經館 107 室The refined analytic torsion was introduced by M.Braverman and T. Kappeler as a canonical refinement of analytic torsion on odddimensional closed manifolds. In this talk I will describe two newboundary conditions by using the Hodge decomposition ofthe space of the complex flat bundle valued differential forms on the boundaryof an odd dimensional compact manifold and its application to the constructionof the refined analytic torsion on odd dimensional compact manifolds withboundary. Then Iwill discuss the gluing formula for the refined analytic torsion for an acyclicHermitian connection.
