Metric and topological properties of beta-expansions
李兵 教授華南理工大學數學系 上午 10:00–10:50 Tòa nhà Hồng Kinh 107 室In this talk, we will introduce some properties of beta-expansions concerning the lengths of the cylinders and the classification of real numbers lager than 1 etc. The asymptotic behaviors of the orbits under beta-transformations are also studied. Finally, we will give some dimensional results of exceptional sets related to the recurrence problem of beta-expansions.
