A brief introduction to 1-D Burgers' equation with random initial data

In this talk I would talk about one dimensional Burgers' turbulence with white noise initial condition (interpreted in the sense of the weak derivative of two-sided Brownian motion). Basic solution properties will be investigated, and an open problem concerning the Hausdorff dimension of the complement of the constant intervals of the Lagrangian map of the solution will also be briefly introduced.
