On the non-vanishing of Hecke central L-values with quadratic twists

We present a non- vanishing result of central L-values for canonical Hecke charaters of imginary quadratic fields with quadratic twists.
This result extends previous works of Rohrlich, Villegas and Tonghai Yang.
